“Sonya and her staff are very kind, patient, understanding and down to earth people. They are willing to take time to explain the tax/bookkeeping process in a way that is easily understandable for the average person. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable when you don’t know something (that you probably should) or ask a question. Sonya has a way of explaining things so that you are able to understand and does not look down on you when you need that extra help. I have met others that speak to you like you’re a tax professional and should know all the big words that are coming out of their mouths, but this group is not like that. I would recommend them and have just met them today. I give them 6 stars!!”
